Style Crush: Azealia Banks

Now this Harlem born rapper has got me head over heels with her style. Miss Banks isn't just turning heads in the rap game but in the fashion one too. Azealia Banks shows that confidence is key when it comes to fashion. Her inspirations for her fashion is mermaids and gosh does she represent the mythical creature well. She has graced quite a few fashion magazines this year. Not to mention her being featured in Alexander Wang's T fall campaign. And if that wasn't enough to convince you she also has her new shade of lipstick made by M.A.C coming out. Azaelia banks is the defo the one to look out for in the fashion scene.

Azealia Banks on Dazed and Confused, a controversial cover  but  her hair is amazing

LFW: Sass and Bride S/S 2013

Sass and Bride's spring summer collection really caught my eye. The use of Geometric shapes is done really well in this collection giving sharp edges to the garments. I'm also really loving the cut out pieces in this collection and the dresses have a really nice flow. This collection is definitely a yes for me.

Take a looks at some pics below ans tell us what you think

NYFW: Michael Kors S/S 2013

Michael Kors stays on his game by giving us another great collection. It is all about stripes, geometric shapes and colour blocking with this seasons collection and gosh did he do it well. The contrast of the monochrome striped pieces are my favourites. All the outfits have a great amount of sophistication and the contrast of stripes is just amazing. What more can I say other than Michael Kors has done it again.
Take a look at my favourite looks below.

NYFW: Jason Wu's S/S 2013 Collection

Watching New York Fashion Week from my room, on my laptop wishing I could be there and I fell completely in love with Jason Wu's S/S13 Collection. His inspiration was the provocative photos Helmut Newton and the dreamt photos of Lillian Bassman. Its no wonder why they would call this collection after the best selling book 'Fifty Shades of Grey'. I love this collection because it really mixes the hard with the soft. you have the fluffy tulle or lace with the leather fabric which really gives it that edge. I really adore this collection don't think Jason Wu could have done a better job.
Take a look at some of Jason Wu's S/S13 collection below.

I love the lace panels on the trousers.

The leather mixed with the lace and sheer: FAB

Loving this simple silhouette.

Amazing.

Just beautiful. I want it in my closet.

The fact that it is all black yet it still has a softness to it  is magnificent .

Wonderful, like a starry night.

The mesh top and skirt make a great combination.

This is a super fly outfit.

Playful yet hot.

That jacket is one of my favourites.

I need that top.
